Children's Quote

The biggest mistake of past centuries in teaching has been to treat all students as if they were variants of the same individual and thus to feel justified in teaching them all the same subjects the same way. – Howard Gardner

  1. Hello, COrrena
I have had the pleasure of working with you in two classes. You always bring very informal points that I can sometimes apply to my daily life . Hope to see you in the next class.

    Thank you for sharing!

  2. Gardner had it right, each child is an individual and needs to be viewed as such. It is our job as the educators/adults to learn the child and how we can facilitate their growth and development.

    Thanks for sharing this quote!

  3. Dear Correna,

I want to take this oportunity to thank you for sharing some of your life experiences as they relate to early childhood development. Your stories always offer insight into reality and at times have left me with tears of thankfulness that life can have happy endings. I want to wish you the best of luck in your next course. I hope we will be able to connect again very soon.
